Sources inside the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People(NAACP) have revealed to Real Brother Radio that ABC Reporter Brian Ross will receive an NAACP Image Award for his coverage of the Aurora Colorado movie theater shooting.

It was Ross who first revealed that James Holmes was featured on the Colorado Tea Party Website. Ross contacted Holmes' mother in San Diego in the we hours following the shooting-- which killed twelve & injured sixty--asking her to describe her son. Her reply was, "You got the right guy". Ross reported he then asked Holmes' mother questions only she could answer before he went public with the story that next morning on Good Morning America.

Conservative Groups who have paid billions of dollars to purchase time on all Networks & Cable News outlets were livid at Ross' revealing the Tea Party connection to Holmes. Its widely known that Conservative groups go to great lengths to conceal the violent actions of their members successfully squashing the fact that Tea Party maven Sarah Palin published a map featuring Arizona Democrat Gabby Giffords in sniper cross-hairs on her website & Tweeted her famous, "Don't Retreat Re-Load" line immediately following the Giffords shooting at the Tucson Safeway, killing six including a 9 year old girl.

Tea Party groups also successfully hid the fact that Orange County salon shooter Scott Dekraai left his Tea Party license plates on his pick-up truck when he killed eight including his ex-wife in a Seal Beach salon.

To date Conservatives have had an allie at the Networks in keeping mum as to the real reason racists & white supremacists oppose the Nations first black President. That was until Ross broke his story on the day following one of America's most violent mass shootings in that Aurora movie theater.

Our source--who asked to remain anonymous pending the official announcement of the nominees & honorees in January of next year said its undecided whether or not Ross will receive a nomination for an award or an Honor for his reporting but confirmed that he will be recognized for breaking rank with his peers to report the truth.

Network execs at Disney, the parent company of ABC didn't return our calls. The Network threatened to censor Ross for breaking policy by not running his story by the business office, who has final say on editorial content at the News Division. Ross was forced to retract his story and offer an apology to Conservative Groups as they quickly removed Holmes' picture from the site & proceeded to deny that that James Holmes with the same face the same address the same mother was the Batman movie shooter. Holmes has reached a plea deal in the shooting & will receive a life sentence.

The 45th Annual NAACP Image Awards will air on NBC in the second week of February 2014.
